Process Criteria
Process criteria focus on the processes which exist to support a resource
over time. The system that lies between the creation of the information
by an author and the retrieval of the information by users has many variables
which can affect the quality of a resource for a user. The Internet
is a very volatile environment and resources may be edited, moved or deleted
at any moment. Archives or editions of resources are often not kept
and the information may be lost forever.
