President

• Duties: Attend and conduct meetings; ensure that officers are communicating with other officers; look at ways of improving information flow between officers and members; lend a helping hand to other officers, members and advisor; provide advice and appreciation for members, officers, advisors, etc; contact members and recruit them for projects; ensure completion of club projects; provide agendas at monthly meetings.

• Duties: Attend and help conduct meetings; help President ensure that officers are communicating with other officers; lend a helping hand to other officers, members and advisor with tasks such as drafting Hallmarks, recording minutes, coordinating projects, marketing club activities, evangelize Honors program to High Schools; take notes on meetings and post to Yahoo group; brainstorm and write Hallmark essays.

Vice President of Publicity (Community)

• Duties: Attend and help conduct meetings; help President ensure that officers are communicating with other officers; lend a helping hand to other officers, members and advisor with tasks such as drafting Hallmarks, recording minutes, coordinating projects, marketing club activities, evangelize Honors program to High Schools; design and produce fliers and various media tools (such as posters, bookmarks, mouse pads, etc.); send out press releases to the local media (Express, Sacramento Bee, Sacramento Bee Neighbors, City College PIO, Davis Enterprise, El Grove's newspaper, News & Review, TV stations) with the intention of providing information about the Club to the public, profiling Phi Theta Kappa students, etc.; review the media on a regular basis and to collect items published about the Club.
