Before you submit your order please check over your information and make sure it is EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your business card. The information on your business card will be EXACTLY the same as what you submit on this form. If you have comments about information you are submitting please add them to the "Additional Comments" box on this form. Any information in the "Additional Comments" is not printed on your business cards. If there are errors in the info you submit you will have to pay for a rerun of your business cards. After you have thoroughly checked over your info, please click on the "Submit Order" button below. Your request will be e-mailed to Graphic Impressions. If the Budget Code checkbox is checked, your Dean/Supervisor/Manager will also receive an email which he/she will have to reply to in order for your business cards to be approved. Once your business card order is approved we will start the printing process. Thank you.
