Study Abroad In London
An information session for
the Fall, 2008, Study Abroad
Program to London will be
held on the SCC campus on
Thursday, Feb. 14 at 4pm in
LR 105. Patrice Gibson, ARC
Study Abroad Faculty, will
provide an overview of the
program and discuss the
application process.

BOG
Students Now Pay UTP Fee
Students receiving BOG Fee
Waivers will now be required to pay a
small fee for the UTP pass, a change
from last year when the entire UTP fee
was waived for BOG recipients.
However, the funds awarded to students
who receive financial aid will cover the
cost of their transportation needs.
The
standard price of a transit pass is
currently $425 per semester as opposed
to the maximum of $15 per semester
students pay under this program!
Students
with BOG Fee Waivers will pay ½ of what
other students pay,
which is:

Less than 6 units
$2.50
· 6
to 11.9
units $5.00
· 12
or more units $7.50
The UTP is valid seven days a week from
August 1 -December 31 (fall) and January
1 - May 31 (spring).
