SCC Foundation Annual Fund Grant 2008 Awarded

to Science Study Skills Program

Submitted by Assistant Professor of Anatomy and Physiology Paul de Gennaro, the $2,000 award will go toward the Biology 490 course to help students with core skills in Biology and Chemistry.

The SCC Foundation thanks all applicants for their thoughtful proposals. All requests were deserving, and applicants are encouraged to apply again next year. They also thank the Annual Fund donors who make such grants possible for the success of SCC students.

The Annual Fund assists programs and departments with needs not funded through traditional sources. It also helps students by offering scholarships and this year nine SCC students received Annual Fund Scholarships.
