2012-13 SCC Female Athlete of the Year:
Molly Ryan...
has already helped the Panthers softball team capture the 2013 Big 8 Conference Championship and a #3 seed in the Nor-Cal Regional Playoffs. She leads the Panther offense with a .475 batting average, 58 hits (20 of which are extra base hits – 12 doubles, 3 triples, and 5 home runs), and 47 runs batted in. Ryan currently has a .746 slugging percentage and has scored 46 runs and stolen 17 bases as the Panthers head into this weekend’s Super Regional 4-Team Double-Elimination Playoff Tournament. She went 5 for 8, with 3 doubles, 3 runs scored and 4 RBI’s in the Panthers Nor-Cal Regional I Playoff series sweep over #14 De Anza College. Molly was named to the 1st Team All-Big 8 Conference and was also an All-Northern California Selection as an outfielder.
