ART 320 Design: Fundamentals
3 units
Prerequisites: None.
Acceptable for credit: UC, CSU; CSU - GE C1; CAN ART 14
General Education: AA/AS Area C Hours: 36 hours lecture, 54 hours laboratory. Description: This course is an introduction to the formal aspects of line, shape, tone and color and theories of their organization and composition. this course is a basic requirement for all art students.

       

ART 322 Design: Image and Content
3 units
Elementary Drawing and Composition
Advisory: Art 320 with a grade of "C" or better.
Acceptable for credit: UC, CSU Hours: 36 hours lecture, 54 hours laboratory. Description: This course involves furher studies introducing the formal aspects of line, shaape, tone and color and theories of their organization and composition.
