in response to Campus Issue 04-05-05. The President's response identified
the following process to implement this Campus Issue:
- The Process
Coordinator will be responsible for developing a web listing
of current non-standing committees that meet the specifications
referenced in the Blue Book.
- The Process Coordinator
will be responsible for updating the list of non-standing committees,
membership, and leadership on an annual basis, or as new committees
are formed.
- The Process Coordinator
will annually and periodically, as new committees are added, publicize
the location of this list in SCC e-News.
- The Process Coordinator
will bring to the attention of Executive Council any non-standing
committees of duration longer than one year which do not meet
the specifications in the Blue Book.
