He has the type of cocky swagger that you can’t miss even if you wanted to. His funny personality will either make you want to be around him or want to get away from him.

If he could, he would walk around without a shirt at all times just to bring more attention to himself. He’s one of the funniest people you could ever meet. Call him a comedian, he’ll say, “I know.”

Joseph McGraw, whose nickname is Just Joe, is quite a character. McGraw says Just Joe came about because he is nothing more and nothing less — he can
only be Just Joe.

McGraw stands at 5-foot-ll. He swears he’s the hulk because of the muscles that hide underneath his shirt. Because of his clean cut appearance, he calls himself a “pretty boy” but still has a rough edge because of his tattoos.

He loves to look in the mirror any chance he gets just to catch a glimpse of himself. Glimpse may even be an understatement because that would mean he only briefly looks at himself. He stares at himself for an extended period of time when he sees a mirror.

McGraw, 21, says his cockiness began when he started working out.

“I used to be real skinny, now I don’t even want to wear a shirt so I can show off my hard work,” he says.

On an average day, his outfit from head-to-toe costs at least $300. McGraw
is a materialistic person. He says his confidence was definitely brought by
his body, car and motorcycle.

“I have known Joe since high school, he was always the loud mouth kid who
was in the principal’s office,” Jennie Mendez says. “He was constantly in trouble because he just couldn’t sit still. It was like he had ADD or something.”

McGraw admitted to being twofaced and then chuckled. He is a Gemini, which represents twins and duality. He says that his astrological sign fits him just perfect because he loves attention, is ego-oriented and charming, but insensitive when he does not care about someone. He says he can be evil when he does not get his way. But when he gets his way?

“I’m happy and that means everyone is happy,” he says with a smile that stretches from ear to ear.

“I can’t believe no one has put him in the hospital,” Demetrius Young, another high school friend, says. “He always picks on people, makes fun of their mom or their looks. He doesn’t even care if the person he is making fun of is bigger than him. If he has to, he’ll just run away and laugh at the same time because they can’t catch him. He’s quick.”

McGraw blames women for his cocky personality.

“It’s all their fault,” McGraw says. “Women make me walk and talk like Iam ‘it’. They give me so much attention, I can’t help but be the way I am. Commitment? Now that is just crazy talk. I can’t be with just one woman, there are too many out there to settle with one!”

Although McGraw is very much in love with himself, he still likes to build relationships with people.

“I’m the type of person who likes to see people laugh,” McGraw says. “If they laugh, it makes me happy. I was put on this earth to make people laugh,” he says.
