Sign Up Early Early registration assures a place in the class. Registration is on a first- come, first-served basis. Classes need a minimum number of students in order to be held, so register early to insure the minimum enrollment needed. Our office has flexible hours. Please leave a message, we will call you back. |

By Mail: complete the registration form and send it in.. You may put more than one class on the form or you may photocopy the form. Please make checks or money orders payable to Sacramento City College. Write the title of the class(es) on the bottom left corner of your check and include your drivers license number. (If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download one free from www.adobe.com.) |

Sign Up Confirmation If you do not receive a confirmation before your class begins, please call us at (916) 558-2443. Non-receipt of a confirmation is not a valid reason for a refund. Refund/Transfer Policy No refunds or transfers unless cancelled by the Dental Continuing Education office. Class Cancellation Classes may be discontinued before the first scheduled meeting if fewer than the required number of students have registered. Students will automatically be given a full refund for cancelled classes unless the student requests a transfer of the fees to another class. Occasionally, emergencies do arise and every reasonable effort will be made to contact students of any change or cancellation. |
