educators are available for private consulting
on a one student/one faculty basis. Private
consulting courses are an additional way to
meet education needs for those who:
- Want or need
one-on-one individual attention
- Require courses
that are not normally offered
- Have missed
our regular courses and need a particular
subject prior to it's next offering
- Need a course
on a particular date unique to them
Faculty are available to
help you learn or improve your clinical skills
on any procedure that is legally allowed by
the Dental Practice Act of California for dental
auxiliaries. These subjects include, but are
not limited to:
- Dental Hygiene Board
preparation
- RDA Practical Board preparation
- California Radiation
Safety Certification
- Improving your x-ray
techniques
- Certification in Local
Anesthesia
- Certification in Nitrous
Oxide
- Coronal Polishing
- Hygiene techniques and
instrumentation
- Placement of Pit and
Fissure sealants
- Taking impression and/or
pouring models
- Understand dental materials/hands
on
Courses can also be designed
for your specific needs on any other subject
allowed by the Board.
