 The Sacramento City College mission is to enhance the level of achievement and excellence of SCC by providing scholarships, supporting the professional development of faculty and staff, and fostering innovation in the education programs of SCC. The SCC Foundation is a non-profit auxiliary organization of the Los Rios Community College District with a 501 (c) (3) designation. The Board of Trustees and the SCC Foundation Board of Directors oversee the Foundation. Donations are used to enhance college programs and to provide scholarships. All donations to SCC are channeled through the Foundation and are tax-deductible to the extent of federal and state laws. |
