New Pre-requisite courses starting in Summer 2012

AERO 309: Required for enrollment in Airframe and Powerplant program. Information about this class can be found in the Summer 2012 schedule.

FLTEC 100: Required for enrollment in Flight Technology, Air Traffic Control, and Aircraft Dispatch programs. Information about this class can be found in the Summer 2012 schedule.

Dates/times for new pre-requisite courses (Summer 2012):

AERO 309: June 11-26
MTWThF 3:30-4:45 p.m. (Lecture)
MTWThF 4:55-9:00 p.m. (Lab)

FLTEC 100: June 12-28
TWTh 8:30-10:20 a.m. (Lecture)

It is extremely important to show up for and be on time for the first day of the pre-requisite courses. Tardiness or absences may result in being dropped from the course.

Students who pass the pre-requisite course with a "C" or better will receive permission numbers from the instructors to enroll in Fall courses.

The Aeronautics Program at Sacramento City College is an FAA-certified program that offers students several paths toward working in the aviation industry. Whether you are interested in becoming an aircraft technician, an air traffic controller, an aircraft dispatcher, or a pilot our program will give you the foundation you need for an exciting career.
