To request your official Sacramento City College transcript, you can do one of the following:

Please include the following information:

• all previous names you have attended under,
• your current address,
• your birth date,
• your social security number,
• your dates of attendance,
• the address where the transcript is to be sent, and
• your signature (required on mail and fax requests)

Telephone requests are NOT accepted. Transcripts can be mailed or picked up. We do NOT fax transcripts.

Transcript requests are always welcome at the Admissions and Records Counter.

The first two transcripts are free of charge. A fee of $2.00 is charged for each additional transcript requested.  Transcripts are processed seven to ten days after we receive the request.

There is a $10.00 fee per copy for 24-hour transcript service. Please send your check or money order payable to Sacramento City College.

Photo ID is required for release of any personal information.
