All transfer and returning students must:

1. Complete an online application for admission at http://wserver.scc.losrios.edu and submit official transcripts of all non Los Rios college work to the Admissions and Records Office. 
2. Before registering for classes, it is strongly advised that students see a counselor. Call the Counseling Office at (916) 558-2204 for an appointment.
3. Register for classes through Telephone Enrollment Services at (916) 286-4400 for local and out-of-state calls and (800) 700-4144 for long-distance within California.  Or, you may choose to register online at http://wserver.scc.losrios.edu  Transfer and returning students register under Priority 2.

Students transferring from another college in the Los Rios Community College District are considered continuing students if enrolled in current or immediately preceding semester and are eligible for Priority 1 enrollment.
