Web Guidelines
Procedures & Technical Guidelines

Introduction
The Web Advisory Committee at Sacramento City College is a subcommittee of the Information Technology Committee that drafts Web Guidelines. Guidelines ensure that Web pages represent the college and its culture in a manner consistent with its values, mission and goals. SCC staff who would like to serve on this committee should contact the Public Information Office or a chair of the IT committee. The guidelines posted on this page have been approved by the Information Technology Committee and Executive Council, who recognize the Internet as a dynamic information resource and expect that guidelines will continually evolve. Staff may appeal to the Information Technology Committee for exceptions or changes to approved policies. A link from this page has also been provided to Procedures & Technical Guidelines. As technology and software change, these guidelines will always continue to be amended subject to review by the Sacramento City College Information Technology Committee.
